The Vancouver Rugby Union consists of 13 rugby clubs within the municipalities of Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta, and Tsawwassen plus the Seattle Saracens. There are three distinct programs within the VRU:
Mini Rugby – Ages 5 to 12 – learning and having fun in rugby
Age-Grade – Ages 13 to 18 (grade 7 to 12) – this is where
Senior Mens & Womens League competition – for ages 19 and above
