To grow and strengthen rugby across our region by supporting our member clubs and creating opportunities for everyone to play, learn, and belong.
We are committed to being a positive partner to fellow regional unions, BC Rugby, and Rugby Canada by:

• Helping clubs build sustainable programs that welcome new players and retain existing ones.
• Developing representative teams that celebrate teamwork, personal growth, and excellence on and off the field.
• Promoting rugby as a sport for life — from minis to masters, and from first-time players to seasoned veterans.
